All rugs are made to order and customized to your specifications (size, colors, design).
Production time is 2–3 weeks.
Custom details are confirmed via Etsy messages before production begins.
Once production starts, changes are not possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time is 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Estimated total delivery time: 3–4 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
3. Returns & Exchanges (IMPORTANT)
Because all rugs are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
There is a mistake on our part (wrong size, colors, or design).
This policy follows Etsy guidelines for personalized items.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are not possible once production has started.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
