Production time is 2–3 weeks.
Custom details are confirmed via Etsy messages before production begins.
Once production starts, changes are not possible.

Shipping time is 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Estimated total delivery time: 3–4 weeks.

3. Returns & Exchanges (IMPORTANT)
Because all rugs are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
There is a mistake on our part (wrong size, colors, or design).

4. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are not possible once production has started.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
